BENEFITS OF EATING CARROTS

I love eating carrots,just like many other people in the world. Today,i will briefly highlight the benefits of eating carrots.
1. It could improve vision: Vitamin A is good for good eyesight. Carrot contains chemical substances which could be converted to vitamin A which ultimately improve vision.
2. Anti-aging properties: Carrot contains chemical substances which help to lenghten the useful life of cells. As a result of this such cells will not wear out quickly.
3. Heart disease prevention: Some of the chemical substances found in carrots help to reduce cholesterol levels in the body. It is obvious therefore that carrot prevents the risk of heart disease.
It is my hope that my readers will say yes to carrot today and they will make it part of their daily menu.
