TIPS TO ENJOY A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP

For some days recently,i did not enjoy my sleep. I was given some drugs which really helped. But i felt it was not natural to continue to depend on drugs to be able to sleep. Eventually i stumbled on some tips that really assisted me.These are the tips i want to share with you today. 1. Aviod worry and stress as much as possible: Stress and worry are the two things that can make you lose your sleep. Try to avoid these enemies of sleep as much as possible. Limit your afternoon nap: If you are the type that takes a nap in the afternoon, you may reduce it. Dont sleep anything beyond 3.00 oclock in the afternoon. If you sleep for longer periods in the afternoon,it may prevent you from getting a sound sleep in the night. 3. Warm bathe in the night before sleeping: I found this practice very helpful. If you have been having troubles falling asleep,you may have a warm bathe before you sleep. This will make you to sleep very soundly. It is my belief that these tips will help.
