NEGATIVE EFFECTS OF EXCESS SUGAR ON HUMAN HEALTH

We humans obviously cannot eliminate sugar totally from our meals. The problem come when the level of sugar consumption becomes excessive. 6. Excess sugar can increase the risk of diabetes: It is a well known fact that excess sugar could aggravate diabetic condition.
